Our Mission
Many companies do not have the internal resources to produce authentic team building experiences or corporate social responsibility tactics, yet we know they are both a vital part of recruiting, retention and overall employee engagement. This is where Catalyst Games comes in. Our mission is to enhance companies’ culture and camaraderie through friendly competition that creates tangible impact in the community. We identify the most pressing cause area to support at the local level and works with nonprofits to create impactful experiences for the business community to engage. Each season culminates in an exciting “day of games”' where company teams compete to raise funds for select nonprofit organizations.
How Catalyst Games Works
Team Building meets Community Impact
LISTEN & PLAN
Catalyst Games team works with stakeholders in each city to help identify what relevant cause to rally around. Then we work with nonprofits in that cause area to create impactful experiences, like volunteers or supply drives for the Games.
CONNECT & RALLY
The season launches with a pep rally to galvanize the community and connect our stakeholders.
FACILITATE ACTION
Philanthropy and friendly competition is the heart of Catalyst Games. Teams work together to earn points by participating in volunteer days, impactful projects for our nonprofits and supply drives. We call this the bonus point period!
PLAY & CELEBRATE
The season culminates in a day of games where teams compete to raise funds for nonprofits and celebrate the collective impact they have achieved along the way.
UPDATE & LEARN
We facilitate ongoing connections, share updates and impact from the season and additive programming.
