Startup Games Pop-A-Shot Giving Challenge presented by Indeed Prime

Startup Games is bringing the ultimate Pop-A-Shot competition to Austin Startup Week on October 1st at from 5-8pm. Every year, Austin Startup Week brings premier startup talent together for a week of networking, panels, workshops, and fun. Startup Games, another yearly tenant of the Austin startup ecosystem that brings our city's best emerging ventures together in philanthropic competition.

The Pop-A-Shot Giving Challenge presented by Indeed Prime is a featured event during the #ASW18 Opening Night Party with Capital Factory and Startup Games. During the competition, attendees will have the chance to challenge their friends and colleagues in a Pop-A-Shot basketball showdown for charity. A suggested donation of $5 gets you access to the competition. Not only will you gain bragging rights in front of the Austin Startup community, but prizes will be awarded to our winners! Come immerse yourself in the Austin community and start your week off right!

We would like to thank Indeed Prime for partnering with us to bring this event to Austin Startup Week. The event will also benefit two local organizations, E4 Youth and Latinitas. Both organizations invest in education for underserved youth in and around Austin. E4 Youth helps creative youth to identify and cultivate workforce skills, prepping them to enter college and the workforce. Latinitas empowers young girls through media and technology. Both organizations provide tactical skills that can be translated into the local job market.
